Cream Lemon Hummus Pasta With Fresh Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 package DeLallo Gluten Free Corn/Rice Spaghetti
  • 3/4 cup plain hummus
  • zest 2 lemons
  • 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
  • 4+ Tbsp. reserved pasta water
  • 1/2 cup. jarred roasted red peppers, cut into thin strips
  • fresh parsley to serve

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 ranges F. start heating your pasta water according to bundle commands.
